Opinions needed

Personally, I like the Anne Klein one a lot. I think it's cuter (less boxy) and it has a hood! I don't do hats, so a hood would be ideal. But is it worth twice the price of the other one? This is my question. Please do give me your advice.

well, I like them both but personally am more inclined towards a shorter length (the non-hooded one is 31" which is still long but not cumbersome) however, you make an excellent point about the hood- I agree that it is v. important. with that said, I think you should go with the one you like the most and will be most useful, regardless of the price tag- because if you use it for a long time, it is totally worth it. but, if you are really on the fence, the price might make the difference- and I would go with the cheaper one. sorry if this is confusing or not helpful!
I just think the non-hooded one is kind of manly...I don't know. Still thinking about it, but I agree that a higher price tag is not terribly troubling in the long run...
